Event Details

Join Jay Cross and the Learning Irregulars to explore the future of organizational learning. It's peer-to-peer, real-time, bottom-up, and largely free of curriculum and classrooms.

Please bring a guest who is not a learning professional. Diverse viewpoints are the source of innovation. Invite your neighbor who's a labor leader, CFO, anthropologist, psychologist, historian, executive, butcher, baker, or candlestick maker, so long as they, like us, are out to make the world a better place.

Learning Irregulars

Learning Irregulars is a network of people dedicated to fostering innovation in learning in organizations. The birth of a flexible, rapid-fire network era and the demise of the rigid, mechanical, predictable, top-down industrial age makes this an ideal time for re-thinking how people learn in organizations.

To accelerate innovation, Learning Irregulars hosts conversations about learning among people from many disciplines, e.g., cognitive scientists, labor leaders, CFOs, anthropologists, psychologists, historians, executives, and others you help bring to the table.
